Karaoke Forums

I am a KJ in the Orlando area and I mostly play in GLBT venues. I am known here in Orlando under the stage name 'Crazy John' I really love what I do and I ended up doing this after finding how much I love the whole karaoke scene....The good singer, or the bad one....I love them all!! I have been a performer all my life and to me, my shows are more than just gigs, they are creative outlets....One of the things I'm looking forward to learning in the mesage and forum boards is what other hosts are using as equipment at their shows....I am not a technophile by any means and still use CDs in a player at my shows, and I would like to streamline to a player with memory to store my CDs...ANY advice that can be offered will be greatly appreciated!!! I also want to network with other like minded people who enjoy the karaoke scene as much as I do.
