Since you never made it down to the KJ Forum . . . .

Hey, toquer, have you generated a jar file for those of us who want to try AutoKDJ on linux?

If not, any hints you can offer on which class needs to be run?

I know it's alpha . . . but a hint or two would be sweet . . .

I got access to the SVN, but I haven't been able to get build to work right on my machine yet. KJFubar went under the knife earlier this year (heart/chest area) and has been in chat when he can, so communication between us is spotty atm.

I'll make sure he see's this thread though.

From what he's told me though there is one cross platform issue atm. Java isn't fast enough to do pitch change in real time, so we cheat a bit and send it out to an external DLL compiled for the target system.

Windows is done, but we have to add mac/nix equivalents. He was saying he could just disable pitch change to let folks try it.

K . . . he may want to check out the LADSPA spec and see if he can adapt it for AutoK. A lot of the cross platform stuff seems to have already been done, with available source.
