I've seen (and produced) several T-shirt captions... A couple of my favorites are:

"Friends Don't Let Friends Sing Drunk" and

"Born To Sing... Forced To Work"

I've used these as prizes and/or give-aways from time to time... (iron-on transfers) but now I'm looking for some different captions.

Any ideas besides the standard "Karaoke King / Queen" etc..

Well there's always the old standby of "The more you drink the better I sing". Or how about "I'm only a social singer". Or "No Band, No Stage, No Problem".

These aren't my original ideas:
What Happens at Karaoke Stays at Karaoke
or even better
Get Up or Shut Up!

Found on the cafe'press website:http://shop.cafepress.com/karaoke

I think my wife found a big list of karaoke quotes....
I will see if she still has it.

We did the "Got Karaoke" (ala "got milk") with black letters on a white tee.

We also have done tees with our logo, and "More Wattage than Woodstock", I liked those.

I've also been doing the iron-on Tshirts give-away for years. I use the money from the tip jar. I buy T’s in bulk. Probably cost about $6.00 per to make. About $8.00 during cold months when I switch to sweatshirts. Advice: The iron-on paper sez you can use your household iron. Don’t – it doesn’t work or last as good as the heavy duty industrial iron press. Front is the karaoke slogan, the back is the club venue & karaoke hours.

I raffle two Tees @ my show but that was when I had a one night gig. It got to be so time consuming now that it’s 3 nights, so I limit to one T’s a night, the rest of the raffle were free appetizers from the club. Anyway, here are the signs I use/collected/suggested by our regulars, some from internet sites:
• Karaoke – a night of bliss, 3 minutes at a time
• Karaoke as bad as it gets........that's why it's good!
• We hardly ever suck; in fact we suck the least.
• When you wish upon a star ---- you might just become one!
• Dreams are real – all you have to do is just believe.
• Step Up Or Shut Up!
• Karaoke Diva
• 4 Beers & I Can Sing
• KAA (Karaoke Addicts Anonymous) 12 step program
• Steroid Free Karaoke
• Am I next?
• Karaoke – not just for beer drinkers anymore
• Karaoke First – Work Later!
• If Karaoke were a sport, I’d be a Gold Medalist
• Be kind to your KJ. Remember, he has the power to make you sound like a chipmunk
• Karaoke – 3 minutes of Fame!
I saw this Tee worn by a lady KJ:
NO! I am not the KJ’s “girl”. I am the KJ.

One anti-karaoke sign worn by a guy @ our show trying to be funny (our regulars took offense he got a lot of flack).
• Karaoke is a combination of people who shouldn't drink with people who shouldn't sing! (not a good slogan to wear at a karaoke show).
