I've visited the cafe a half dozen times or so when I travelled for my last company. I sang there and have a few video souvenirs; including one of my late fiancé. I have some real good memories from my visits. :D

I'm really sorry to hear this.

Wonder if hosting problems made it less profitable?

I guest hosted there last February for a weekend. I can tell you the place was over run with 10-12 year old kids and adults didn't go there any longer. You can't make money on kids. I knew the place was going to close a while ago. It is just like any venue not making a profit, close of continue to lose money. The regular host was a good guy and the kids liked him. They closed it based on a business decision. The retail store is being moved to the corp offices just up the street.

Yup! That'll do it. No Adults = No Money. That's just a shame.

I forgot to mention that I also visited their old store (back up the raod a bit to the north); before they built the existing one. It was small, and a bit crowded, but it was still a good time.
