Perhaps the only drawback would be their song selection. It is lacking in several areas, but is adequate for the casual Karaoke attendee.
I've visited twice now... both times on Wednesday evenings... and the atmosphere and small-town hospitality was great. They host Karaoke on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday... and I highly recommend it.
Interesting. Did they welcome you as a Canadian?
When I attended the Toronto show last weekend the host told the audience I was from the States and they cheered and then cheered again when I told them I had a Canadian visa. Then I told them I was going to sing a Canadian song so I did Jerry Doucette and several people afterwards questioned whether he was Canadian.
Not to steal the thread but has anyone done Mama Let Him Play? The first part of the song is off timing wise and it throws me every time!
