A total rip-off. I wouldn't pay $100 for it let alone $1000. For under $15 you can get Zoom's Artist Series Hits of The Eagles which in my opinion, sounds just as good if not better than the SC disc. Zoom is right up there in quality with SC. I have the Zoom disc and it's fantastic, so who gives a *&^% about the SC disc. It's always amazing to see people try to get over on each other.

"I claimed in my Motion To Dismiss that this disk proves that separation of the trademark from the copyrights renders the trademark void. The good people at Sound Choice offered no response to my Motion and my case was dismissed in Federal Court."

in Mesa AZ, anybody know who this might be?

OR - get an exact clone copy of the 8125 for around $70 at http://www.mykaraokecdg.com.au/customer/home.php

I was just there and found that you can get all 21 Eagles songs by SC (the exact same ones on 8125) for around $100. So there you go. If you must have the SC versions, you can have them, and for a lot cheaper then this rip-off artist is trying to sell them for.

We all know that he has no intention of selling, he just wants a soapbox to spread mis-information about the lawsuits. If he really wanted to see what this "holy grail" is worth, he would start the auction at $1.

The sad thing is, out there somewhere, some sucker will pay that much for it or close to it.

Actually, e-bay now has a feature called MAKE AN OFFER (which this person did NOT use), where you can enter what you are willing to pay for the item, and then the Seller will contact you with either a Counter-Offer, or an Accept Offer. If he really wanted to see what people are willing to pay for that disc (especially USED), then he should have used that feature.

Yep, I use make an offer often. This won't sell, no way. Mcky is right, it didn't sell at 400 and the seller said he would keep it before selling it for less. So now he has an extra small expense, the auction to pay for!

And there are a whole bunch of people being the disc is unlicensed, that just downloaded a copy of it for free!

Well more fool them then. Another thing that won't help his/her cause is the fact that s/he has been an Ebay member for almost three years but has a feedback score of just 2. Doing business with sellers with fewer than 10 positive feedbacks is generally considered bad karma in the ebay fraternity.
