Select-a-track is down at the moment, I noticed this yesterday. I've just refreshed the browser tab and the wording has been amended to say that it "will be back with a brand new site". We shall see.

That is weird. They did have that message about 3 months ago when they did a site upgrade. You might have had an old link.
