Not much of a singer myself however I host a karaoke at a nearby club. Just been wondering around trying to find a song book creator for the songs on my HD. A book that I can print out. Haven't managed to find a good one yet but was still looking when I wondered upon this forum. |

Welcome to the forums! There are several different song book generators out there. I use Song List Generator by Latshaw Systems. I think this one works best if you are very meticulous about organizing and naming your files (I get a little OCD about mine). It also doesn't allow for importing from CSV or Excel. -Chris |

I have a copy of this one but I have a lot of work to do before I can use it. Most of my collection is from downloads which were not named in a great manor and the Song List creator will not find a lot of them. I may have to start looking more toward and MP3 lister. One that can read the tags on my mp3s and make my song list to be printed. Song list creator seems to be a ready to go program however, What to do about my NOT-READY-TO-GO music files. Do however appreciate the replies. Hope to see more in this forum. Working tonight at trying to make my 2nd monitor sow up on an old TV with RF Cable connector. |

Are you telling us that you DO NOT have the discs for all your music? That your music was downloaded from a Torrent? |

If you own the discs ( as you are supposed to) then I recommend KJPRO software. Simply enter the disc number, and all tracks are added, including all info. If you DON'T own the discs, I have no help to offer. |

I have several songs downloaded from Tricerasoft that I don't own the disc for. |

Since this isn't the legalality sub-forum, I wasn't going there. I just meant that KJPro is meant to be used with discs- it has no MP3 tagging feature. If he's not using discs, then I can't help because I do, and have no experience with MP3 tagging/labeling songbook software. |
