I need help, in trying to even get my song into the Singer's Forum. It comes back, that it needs to be in the MP3 format.

I had made a disc from my computer. How do I change it over to an MP3 format? Anyone know?

This is one way. I use this one sometimes to convert wav to mp3 etc.
Down load and I think it unzips itself.

You can rip the disk into one of your PC players (MusicMatch, J River, Winamp, etc. will do the trick. WMP9 rips into WMA unless you buy their plug-in.) If the WAV file is already on your hard drive some players have conversion features that will convert a file directly to whatever format and compression you would like.

goldwave is a terrific, shareware program that allows you to do all kinds of things with music files... and you can choose the conversion process... not just to mp3, but to varying frequencies and kbps ratios!!

Thanks for the help. I do use Goldwave, but, when I use the Musikmatch to play the song, the music goes really low.. Then, it sounds like my singing is Accapella

Thanks. I did purchase the 'key' for the upgrade, to the plug-ins on MusicMatch, but it keeps saying that the key is wrong. I know I am typing it in correctly. I've written to the MusicMatch, but never get a reply.
