Hello Everyone!!! This is Gretchen from Chartbuster Karaoke. I just wanted to let everyone know to worry not. Greg and I are both still here at Chartbuster and everything is going great! So well that we are getting ready to release 4 new artists discs. As most of you know, we have not come out with any of the Artist Series since 2009. I also wanted to let all of you know to keep an eye out because Chartbuster will be posting some very exciting news soon!!! Right now the newest discs available are from August (or Sept). I really need to get a few songs from the new discs that PHM didn't release those months. |

Good folks at CB from receptionist to the higher ups. I’ve had the great pleasure of dealing with Greg when I ordered my CB 12k songs recently. He is a great person to work with & I have nothing but praise for his on-time & very reliable service. I would totally recommend him to anyone. I respectfully agree that your site is hard to navigate, especially the custom cd. But I don’t have to worry about that anymore since I already have your library, plus the monthly subs. Thanks Jon for the kind words!!! I also wanted to let all of you know that our website is being rebuilt from the ground up. That being said, I send out an email blast to alot of customers whenever we release a new product. The song list, release date, and skus are available on this email. If any of you guys want to be added to it just let me know. Feel free to email me any questions or concerns directly and I will personally take care of them! gfoister@bigmama.tv |

I had switched my auto ships over to PHM since Nov since there was nothing out in Nov or Dec, then saw the Jan & Feb releases but back the releases from 12 to 8 for nearly the same price. I was upset about going from 15 to 12 for the same price. |
