Hi, I have some song karaoke discs where they have options of karaoke/concert mode in the main menu. Just wondering if anyone knows how to extract such songs (in karaoke mode with lyrics) in order to save them to HD. FYI, they are chinese karaoke discs.

You say you have the actual disc. When you refer to Main Menu, are you saying that the disc itself is asking you to select either the Karaoke version or the Concert version (which I assume would be the equivalent of a Multiplex disc, where the Concert version (in this case) would be the same as the full version with all main vocals included in the song)? Do/can you play this disc on a regular CDG player, or is this disc actually a DVD?

It is a regular DVD music concert with option for karaoke (showing the lyrics and vocal singing cutoff). Anyway, I have found a way to extract the vob files by chapters. Thanks for your input.
