Looks like Pop Hits Monthly is jumping on the bandwagon and selling off its mp3+g library for a song. 4+years worth of Pop Hits Monthly, 144 CDs worth (3 CDs per month), 2,304 songs (half of that are w/vocals) for $699.95 - 2008 through 2011. Complete. That is 1152 titles at 60 cents a song (60.75 cents). I am concerned that these karaoke sell offs are devaluing my karaoke library that took years to accumulate at full-pop retail pricing. Well, except for Chartbuster. I never carried that brand until the certified hard drive came out. http://pophitsmonthly.com/shop/subcategory.php?item=443

They have run similar deals for a while. Back in July 2011, it was around $500 for 2008 through July of 2011. I picked that up with my CAP agreement and also started an auto-ship.

Remember when laptops were $3-5,000+ and now you can get them for a song and a dance. Or you bought that $50,000 vehicle two years ago and the same vehicle is in the used car lot for $25,000. Unfortunately, that's just life.

The most expensive computer system I ever purchased/built was the very first one i ever paid for myself back in the late 80's. Prices have been coming down ever since while the capabilities continue to grow. -Chris

I keep it around to run some old programs that wont run on anything else. Cost $2500. Now I own an HP i7 Quad Core with 16GB ram, 1.5GB dedicated video ram and 17.3" led HD screen and Win7 Pro that cost $900. amazing.
