No, you do not have to go through them individually.

What you do have to do, however, is have all of your songs in ONE FOLDER (I.E. folder name Karaoke for example). It is best to have this folder in the Root Directory and not a Sub-folder of another file. By the way, there can be sub-folders in this file (I.E... 1, 2, 3, etc... for disk numbers.)

Then do this:

1) Click the OPTIONS button on the middle right of the Main Screen.

2) Click on IMPORT

3) Click on the drop down list at the top, and find the folder you have ALL of your Karaoke in. Highlight it and click Ok (or just highlight it, I can't remember for sure)

4) Click on get tracks.

It might take a minute, but ALL of the tracks in that folder (and sub-folders) will come up, and then you just click on Transfer to Main. Be sure that you have your file naming correct before you transfer it to the main database, or you will then have to pick and choose through all your files to correct the ones that are wrong, re-upload those, and delete duplicates, etc...

That should do it, I believe. I tried to tell you from memory because I don't have it on a computer at home. It should get you close enough to fine tune the above steps.

Hope this helps.

This is how I name my files (forgive all the specifics, but this is what works for me)

123-01 - Joe Doitnow - how to rename files

Disk-track <space bar> - <space bar> Artist <space bar> - <space bar> Title

Or you can NOT USE all the space bars and just run it in a string

disk-track-artist-title (I use the space bars because it makes my song book look cleaner when I print it in Excel...and its an old habit, but it works for me).

If you miss a space or a - , then when you search for a song, the disk-track all shift one colume to the right, and you cant read the song title in the search list.

I almost forgot to tell you, All of this is done inside the folders to the zip file name ( IE...highlight, right click, click rename...and make your changes). It is a tedious process, and no matter how hard you try, there will be a few that you miss. So you may have to go through the process a couple of times to get them all.

Hope I have cleared it up a bit and not confused you more. By the way, if all you want is the audience screen, then just look in the show presenter folder and find the file named secondscreen .jpg, copy and paste it into the old version to replace the secondscreen.jpg file that is there already and it should work. No need for the rest, I don't think.
