Don't have one of these yet - they are actually intended for home use for those who use internet TV, but from what I gather, the Roku box is a wireless device which broadcasts content from your computer wirelessly to a TV. Sounds like something I can use for karaoke as some of my venues have TV's that just aren't feasible to hook into - for one reason or another. Anyone using the Roku, or similar device for karaoke? This isn't a wireless connection to connect the computer to the tv, it's a standalone box that connects to your wireless internet for your tv to watch movies like from Netfilx & Hulu - stream them for a monthly fee but not own them  - sorry. It's not where you can connect your computer & display it on the tv. I think you are thinking more along the lines of a wireless video sender.
