is this software exist ? I seen many years ago than some Hifi stéréo home do this that séparat voice and music.

Try any computer store. Many audio software packages exist. All will do multiple tracks.

Audacity is an easy to use multitrack recording software and its free. Not sure if that is what you're looking for.
Google 'Audacity' and you'll find it, and bunch of 'plugins' too.

the program you are looking for is vogone, it is by mtu software. do a google search I would post a website, but it will be erased anyhow.
the program is fairly cheep. I use it.
