I want to thank everyone on this site for your wonderful prayers and thoughts while I had my little procedure done. I am very happy to say that the doctor found no blockage to my heart. The test was a false positive and from what I'm told, it's a common thing. So, I am breathing a huge sigh of relief!!

You guys are so awesome. The support here is unsurpassed. Thank you again for your compassion and kind words!!

Glad to hear it Luly. We want to hear you singing your little heart out for along time to come. Maybe someday we'll be buying your CD's and paying way too much money to go to your concerts. For now we're glad to have you all to ourselves.

Sometims a good scare can help us appreciate how fortunate we are.

You are so right, wannabe. I appreciate my health so much more now and am more conscious of everything I eat. I don't want a repeat performance, although it was a false alarm and everyone at the hospital was super nice, I'm too much of a chicken to go through that again.

Thanks for your kind words always. That Allstar is one lucky guy! Actually, you're both pretty lucky to have found each other. I'm sure you know how wonderful Allstar was to me when I needed help with my recordings. You both deserve an award for niceness!

He is pretty special and very helpful, but you shouldn't let him hear you saying nice things about him. He'll just get a big head and expect me to start saying nice things too. It sets a bad precedent.

Luly, I am SOOOO glad that it was a false positive and that you're well!!! I just like you sooo much!! I'd HATE to hear that you had a serious condition!!! To imagine you being in any kind of pain would just break my heart!

You do need to keep a close eye on things though! I to, had a false positive, just less than a year before my heart attack. The doctors said that my ekg was a complete different story from one year ealier. This time they had to put a stint in my heart to open the artery and allow the blood to flow.

So...First time, was a false positive...and like most pig headed guys, I assumed that meant that I could continue eating double bacon cheese burgers to my hearts content and wash em down with two packs of cigarettes every day. WRONG!!! OUCH!!! What's that sudden pain in my chest!!!

So be careful and keep a very close eye on things!! I am so very happy to hear that you're ok!!!!

Steven, you are so right. This was a wake up call. I've totally changed my eating habits and I'm going to start exercising again. I used to be very active but I've really let myself go. Although my cholesterol levels were all within the normal range, something called the CRP was high. We do eat out a lot, so I'll just have to make healthier choices. The second part of my life is just beginning!

I really like you, too Steven. You're such a gentleman. Your mama has got to be mighty proud of you!

I'm glad both of you are doing well. Not only do I love to hear both of you sing, I love the easy banter that's between the two of you! So, take care of yourselves....ya'll keep me company when I'm away from home. (Which is most of the time!)
