I know this isn't the complaint department just wanted ya'll to know something. You probably know it already. I ordered a disk from Karaoke Warehouse. When the package arrived, I opened it and the disk was just in a cheap slip cover,not in a jewel case. It only had the karaoke versions of the songs with no vocal track. The disk was a lazer disc but it looked like it it was made from an original disc. There was also trash on the songs. Needless to say I guess I got what I paid for.

call them an complain...

I thought they all were laser players.. Some bigger, some smaller..

What about the trash.......we talking banana peels, peanut shells, empty plastic bottles......what?

Wow, what a loveable bunch! The OP was simply making us aware of problems with product ordered from KW ( I've had 'em too and don't use them anymore). In other words, was trying to be helpful by passing on the the info.

"Garbage on the songs" probably means ( as I have experienced) garbled graphics and/or audio.

A simple "thanks for sharing the info" might have been nice, instead of "tell them, not us".

I've done hundreds of transactions with Karaoke Warehouse, and never had any issues. They certainly do not purposefully sell burned discs.

What disc was it? Most discs only come with the karaoke track, and don't include a separate karaoke + vocal track. Unless the disk is supposed to have the karaoke + vocal track, and yours is a burned copy that doesn't, you can't blame Karaoke WH for selling you a disc that never had the karaoke + vocal track in the first place.

Definitely give them a call. I've had a few minor shipping issues and the owner himself answered my query and made it right ASAP. They are a good, reliable retailer, give them a chance before you bash them!!

I bought from them 4 times. The last time was a big waste of my money and time and they didn't do right by me after the fact. They will never hear from me again.

And I had bad experiences with KW as well. I even had to go as far as getting the CEO of RCA in Japan to get KW to honor the responsibility of finding replacement parts for a Portable Karaoke machine that they sold (which was never supposed to have been sold in the US in the first place, but KW agreed to take on all responsibility for it).

It has a paper label and is an All Star Karaoke disc. ASK 1205, to be exact. Just trying to make conversation here. thanks.
