The license keys are sent in a separate email right after you purchase. Sometimes they get caught in your junk mail folder, but if you can't find it, you can always login to the customer menu on Latshaw's site and view your license key(s) at any time.

You can go to Latshaw.com and get your license key from there. Go to left side of the home page and select "Customer Menu". It will request your name (exactly as registered), and you password. Then select "License Maintenance" , in that screen you will find your license key.

When you register KJ File Manager you have to spell your name exactly as before, and enter the key. That's it!

Done successfully. Thanks for your help folks. During my tenure as a KJ, I've had SOOO many problems with technology, at this point I'm convinced it hates me, (come to think of it, cell phones, online orders, email etc. can be added to this equation as well). It's basically Murphy's law for me. The downside is that I face a lot of stress, the upside is that it teaches me how to fix it.
With that being said, this software is a dream come true to me. My books are First Name/Last name, and I've spent weeks and weeks of my life editing my books. Recent acquisitions have threatened more of my time to manual editing, and this software is a dream come true. I bought it solely on the fact that I can batch edit things like Presley, Elvis to Elvis Presley.
I hope to find more unique functions that lighten my day in the future.

Also, I had to uninstall/reinstall the program before the license worked....if that helps anyone in the future.

I went to a show last week where the KJs book was listed alphabetically by first name first. The Beatles and The Rolling Stones were both listed under the letter "T" for THE; as were many other groups. It certainly wasn't impossible to figure out but it was probably my least favorite way to search for songs. The guy didn't list any manufacturer codes either so I had to sing some nutech versions and some other versions that I had never seen before. I won't be going back to that place very often, if at all. I'm sure that his book and his issues with playing customer discs are two big reasons why he only had 4 people singing for most of the night. His idea of being helpful is to tell people that the song number that are higher are usually the better versions of the song. LOL I picked the higher numbers and got a bunch of crappy versions with incorrect lyrics. I think he was usiing some sort of CAVS software that didn't use manufacturer codes. I did get lucky a few times and caught a Sound Choice track every now and then. His version of "PICTURE" had all of the lyrics in the same color so the people singing the song didn't know whose turn it was to sing. Oh yeah. He played a dance set that no one danced to except for one song, one of those shuffle songs.
