St Valentines Day Massacre? Stalking? Orgies? I'd probably stick with the Love.

Do a "Rocky Romance Movie Theme" Night. Pick movies with solid sound tracks like "The Wedding Singer" where the movie theme is rocky romance and give away stuff, like drink tickets, to people that do songs from those sound tracks.
Top Gun
The Wedding Crashers
Urban Cowboy

There are hundreds..

Better yet do a Rocky Horror Picture Show Valentine's Day. Have the customers dress up like the characters from the movie, give out prizes for best costume. Let the patrons sing songs from the musical, have drink specials on zombies, rusty nail and other drinks.

I know it's not "Dark" but we always did will with "My Redneck Valentine".

Customers dressed up in their best Redneck attire.

No Life: I sang my 1st karaoke song on Valentine's Day 1990
No wife (but not for long): I met my wife on Saturday Feb 13, 1999 @ 9:00 PM, but we walked out the door together on Valentine's Day 1999 at midnight.

Um..... "Making Up For The Rest Of The Year"? How about " One Day To Pretend I Care"?
