It has been a bit of an expedition, but I've finally found a really decent karaoke track of "Why do fools fall in love", as performed by Frankie Lymon. It is by Sing To The World Karaoke. Chartbusters came a close second. Here's what I found in my quest...

STTW version - Brilliant all round, best quality music, easiest lyrics/swipe.
Chartbuster/Digitrax version - Good quality music, easy to read lyric
DK version - Okay. Music is good quality except I had to transpose it up five semitones to get the correct key... which ruined the quality of the music. Lyrics fine.
Sunfly/SBI - rubbish. This is in fact the Diana Ross version style, despite the listing.


I have not tried any other versions out there, can anyone offer their opinion on them?

Never had anyone sing this as long as I can remember.

I have the Frankie Lymon version on Pioneer which sounds very full, real horns and instruments - comparable to the original.

I searched iCroons and found this one by karaoke-version. The background music sounds pretty good.

I'd not actually heard the Karaoke Version version before. Pretty good actually.
