I bought, and have used the Latshaw Songbook Creator for several years, and have been happy with the product. Last month as I was trying to update and print my new songbooks, the program wouldn't work anymore. I just keep getting a window saying I only had the trial version, and I could not print more than 1000 songs in the trial version. I have tried my "key" to unlock the program but it won't recognize my key number. I have sent three Emails to Latshaw/Karaosoft systems, and have gotten no reply. I've even gone directly to their web site under "Contact Us" and still have gotten no reply or help on how to unlock my program again. This all seem to star when they made the name change. So, can anyone tell me if they are still in business or how to contact them? Thanks in advance. |

Karma, now known as karaosoft is still in business as far as I know. Matter of fact we as karma software users are currently awaiting the release of the major software update overhaul supposedly to be released any day now. Go to their facebook page & post your question. Bob is pretty fast in answering inquiries submitted: https://www.facebook.com/Karaosoft Good luck, skid rowe! |

If you haven't already you need to DL the latest version, install and then apply your key. I believe the best way to get a reply from them is through their Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/Karaosoft From the Karasoft Facebook page " This means that all of your old activated licenses won't exist anymore so that no one will need a license reset. However, you all will need to re-activate your new programs, but you won't need to reset any licenses." Hope this helps. |

Well, I've sent 4 emails, downloaded their newest version of Songbook Creator, sent two private messages directly from their web site AND from their Facebook page, and still no response. Anybody got a phone number for them? I really need to print out my new books. |

Skid Latshaw's songbook is called "Song List Generator" not "Songbook Creator". Are you possibly trying to contact the wrong company for support? Fast Tracks V2 has "Songbook Creator" http://www.kjtools.com/fasttracks.html |

I think you’re right, mrmarog. I have Fasttracks Song Book Creator from Compuhost. I also have Song List Generator from Latshaw. Verify please, skid. |

Can’t find one related to your inquiry. Would you like to try again (right wording). Let’s see if it shows up. Good luck, skid! https://www.facebook.com/Karaosoft |

I tried to re-activate the program with my key, but it wouldn't recognize my key numbers. I tried to send a private message to them through their Facebook page. Maybe I'll try posting on the main page this time. |

Thanks to everyone and Karaosoft for your help. The problem has been fixed, and I'm ready to print my new books. Life is good. |
