Here's a couple instrumental versions (not karaoke). They won't have the lyrics, but if you know the song by heart, you will be good:

According to the ICroons, Music Book Deluxe, and FastTracks karaoke databases, that song has never been made in a karaoke format.

Typically, only Top 40 hits are made into karaoke versions. According to Neil Sedaka's Wiki Page, he never even released The Hungry Years as a single or B-side. It's a deep cut, and deep cuts just don't sell enough to justify the production costs to make a karaoke version.

Sorry!

If you want a karaoke video badly enough, it is worth learning how to create the CDG file using software such as Karaoke Builder Studio or Power Karaoke Creator. It's a bit of a drag, but I learned how to use KBS and I'm glad I did.
For the backing track I recommend a custom track from Karaoke-Version.com due to the fact that you can get it as a cover version (handy for the lyric syncing) then when you're finished download the file again with the vocal removed for no extra cost.

I used the following series of video tutorials to learn KBS, and recommend them:-

Edited to add: Alternatively, you could ask one of the karaoke manufacturers to make your track on request. However, I do not recommend this because the fees are astronomical. I'm talking in excess of £200 Sterling per track! (I emailed Sunfly, Zoom and Mr. Entertainer).

Karaoke Version must have had the song available at one time and then had the rights taken away to prevent them from selling the song in karaoke format any longer. I know this must be the case because I have the Karaoke Version track. Zoom probably uses the same backing track as Karaoke Version.

It's a case of catch as catch can. Buy when you see it or wight till you see it again.
