I think you misunderstand something. There is no cost to post on the forum. Perhaps you are confusing the premium Singers Showcase subscription.

Yes, I was talking about joining to allow more than 5 songs posted. I like listening, but I like the feedback on my own submissions too, but I am not sure it justifies the expense. I am not a KJ and don't compete or anything.

I belong to a few forums and they are free or very cheap to join. I am looking for compelling reasons to pay so much per year to join. Those that have been here a while, tell me what brought you and why you stay? Noobs, tell me what made you join. Thanks !!

I randomly found an answer to one of my questions here by googling. I started looking through the discussions and saw how helpful and up-to-date people were. I signed up...asked some questions....and people answer you within 24 hours or less. If your question is legitimate than people will be very helpful. I like it here.

Reading his profile it looked like more of the Singers Showcase subscription, however even that is free, only it's limited to 1 track uploaded per day with a maximum of 5 tracks total without starting to delete tracks to upload new ones.

I think Karaoke should be song live and in front of people.

deeply respect all the KJs here...i've been a kj for 7-8 years and kept all the thoughts about it to myself without an outlet. during that time i also belong to a local messageboard/forum that deals with mundane everyday grind--and suddenly realized one day, hey there's gotta be a KJ forum in cyberspace somewhere and found this place. the kjs here are very cool, knowledgeable and tolerate my pea-sized brain.
