Anyone else having problems getting onto Proburn custom CDG websites? Both proburn.com and proburn-karaoke.co.uk are only yielding the "server not found" error message to me.

I couldn't get the second one to load, but http://www.proburn.com/ loads fine for me.

Interesting. Proburn has Chartbuster. One wonders if that is legit. What if PRLLC happens to see you playing those songs.

Proburn has always been a legit site.

Proburn doesn't have the full CB range. There are some titles that are missing that Select-a-track has as Digitrax branded, and other tracks are only available on original CB discs.

By the way, it's down again :-(

What's PRLLC?

Piracy Recovery LLC. when CB went under, the trademark was sold to a new company (PRLLC) who was created to sue hosts for trademark infringement (CB material on PC).
they haven't been very active at all except for tagging onto a few SC suits and one or two of their own, but since all CB certs are expired (they were only good for 1 year) who knows.

Thank you for clarifying that @paradigm karaoke.

In that case this "PRLLC" can kiss my backside. I acquired these tracks - which appear on legit custom discs amongst load of other legit tracks - under good faith and in exchange for good money, and absolutely no-one is going to tell me I can't play them. if PRLLC don't like that, tough titties! I will not stop singing. :nana:

Now it demands a password and username (never had one of those!) I enter my email address and the password I used, rejected. Something's going on...
