I have a folder called Country where I have all my subfolders by artists another folder called Bluegrass with subfolders by artist then I have a folder called oldies with subfolders called 50's another called 60's and one more called 70's how can I search for a certain Folder for instance I just want to see all the songs in my 60's folder not everything else ..... thanks Mike |

Create a category for each specific folder, direct the category to that particular folder and then update the database. So the Country category would go to the Country folder and then when you choose that category, you will only see content of that folder and sub-folders (make sure you check that off in the setup). All that content will still be available when you search all your music. |

Or you can use KJFile Manager and use the "parent file name" feature and rename the disc ID field however you wish. For instance: SCO60 Sound Choice Oldies 60's MMC90 Music Maestro Country 90's Use your imagination, but before renaming use "write a tag" feature so you can revert back if you want. |
