I've been really happy with the customer service I get from Tricerasoft, and I wanted to crow about it. One of the things they do every week is have a giveaway of song credits for karaokedownloads.ca, and I'm amazed at how few people participate in those giveaways. You don't have to be a karaoke host to participate, but you do have to have either an account on karaokedownloads.ca--or have the account number of a friend you want to donate your winning song credits to if you win--to receive your credits. When I message them on Facebook, they get back to me often within minutes, and at most within a day. It's great to see a company that is run with customers in mind. No, I don't use their hosting products, and no, I'm not an employee of Tricerasoft or karaokedownloads.ca. I'm just a very happy customer who wants to give credit where credit is due, and see more people participate on their facebook site. |

add me to that list. had one issue with a bad copy of a song, they corrected it by the next morning (happened at a show so they were closed). nothing but good to say about them. |

They are my automatic go-to for music. I go there first, before any other site. When Karaoke.net comes online, that may change, especially if Tricerasoft gets killed by the publishers. |
