We will be releasing a preliminary list later today.

I must stress that this list will be preliminary. It almost certainly includes songs that won't get made. It also omits songs that will get made. There are many factors that will go into what gets produced. If you see things on this list you don't want, don't despair. If you don't see things on this list that you do want, don't despair. There are plenty of time and opportunities to get what you're looking for.

Actally i agree with that one. Why on earth would you omit what WILL be made from any list. I would think that would be important for those wanting to know what will be made

I didn't mean to imply that there's something that we know will be made, specifically, but we're just omitting it for now. We are in active negotiations with several publishers. If and when we are able to get licensing for something that we think is a better selection, something could get bumped to a later release.

When I put up the list in a few minutes, you'll notice that it's heavily weighted toward recent hits. That's because we're still combing through older material that wasn't done before but is in demand, and there will be selections from that material. It takes time to do that.

I can understand James' perspective. Maybe the solution would be to break down the list into a few sections.

Or something that makes sense. I am sure they do not want to provide you a list and then not be able to deliver. I don't think the KJs would want that either.

Seriously, what good is a list of songs for your subscriber's if you say they are not going to be made and the ones that will be made will not be on the list?

For one thing, it pisses you off, so thumbs up on that one.

More seriously, your reading comprehension skills need some work. We will not release all of the ones on the list in the first group, and there may be some that are released in the first group that aren't on the list. What's difficult to understand about that?
