They make a Christian karaoke player? Does it stop working then magically start up again 3 days later?

Now Chris was that really necessary?

(a shot in the dark). If I’m not mistaken, I think the op is looking for something like MagicSing or MagicMic with built-in Christian karaoke music (or not). https://www.amazon.com/Magic-Sing-Chris ... B002B85LE4

Library expandable by adding more song chips. http://www.magicmicshop.com/category_s/38.htm

Made me laugh. All religions need to be poked fun of. Some of us (you know, the rational ones) do view them as quite ridiculous, and the number of us who do is growing. Besides, what happened to free speech? People with a lack of religion have the same rights, don't they?

I think religious people get offended and frustrated because they don't really have any comebacks. I mean honestly, how do you make fun of rational thought?

It was a joke. Something people seem to be more sensitive to these days in spite of the anti-PC trend.

Chartbuster released a LOT of Christian and gospel karaoke. This will be the cheapest source and easiest to find.

Daywind is another provider, but given it is truly a niche of a niche, you will have a harder time finding and most of it will be closer to retail pricing.

There. Good deed done for the day.

:beermates: I am far from a religious man, but I didn't see any reason to give him any "grief"

I didn't see too much 'grief' in his little joke. After all, a Christian karaoke machine would be a great attraction for restaurant gigs because it could feed a multitude with a single loaf and fish, and change water into wine. It automatically generates a banner that says, "Last call for supper!" When the internet goes down, it says, "Why hast thou forsaken me?"

Those of us who went to Sunday school can come up with these jokes all day long. No harm, no foul.

Anyone know where I can get the CDG, Thank You by Ray Boltz? My original CDG from Priddis is scratched.

This is more than you are probably looking for....

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Contemporary-Ch ... SwnHZYQb4x

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Contemporary-Ch ... Sw-jFXPz6F

You can try contacting the seller and ask if they are willing to just sell you the one disc.

Upon further searching....

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Priddis-Karaoke ... Sw5cNYfoei Although the disc that "Thank You" is on, is in the style of The Katina's. I don't know if it's the same song you're looking for.

Deep scratches can be worked on using car polish cleaner. I have JFJ Easy Pro that remove scratches. If the cd is scratched beyond playability, take it to the shop that does disk deep polishing. I’m sure they have the same or similar unit. For a small fee it should come up as good as new.

Thanks. I found one on ebay. Was hoping the same songs, but that will do for now.

Priddis Christian songs CDG are really bad quality. I'll post pictures soon, and they are not pressed CDG's I believe.

If you burned a scratched CD at high resolution, with good error correction, then re-burned the track back to a CD, would it give you a good CD?

I'm not a Christian, but I was finding that I liked Christian rock music. Not necessarily the lyrics (although they can certainly be uplifting and inspiring), but the way the music was. I wasn't finding a lot of karaoke version of the songs I liked. Years later (basically like a year ago) I discovered that it's really the same as contemporary country music. All these years I never knew what I was missing in the country music genre. Now there's a ton of new karaoke songs for me to sing.

Sorry, this has nothing to do with the OP's question, but I felt compelled to say it anyway.

That's because during these turbulent times, people aren't in a joking mood. They're too worried about the next World War III. Many people feel that it's just a matter of time before the internet is a thing of the past, your freedom of speech will be taken away and the world will be ruled by the super rich. Something that doesn't exactly put a smile on your face.
