Not sure if I can explain this ..I have an E-Machine desk top couple years old, I can't copy to my cd/rw from ( my documents or from E-Mail link) when I try I get the window that says (place blank disc in drive) I've tried different discs I am sure that they are blank....the drive does work with media player, plays and burns discs..went to hardware divices, says drive is working properly...any help would be appricated..... |

what kind of Operating system, burner, and burning software are you using? You're WAYYYYYyyyyy too vague here. |
