Post subject:  Share photos of your pets
After reading karyoker's  post which included pictures of his animals I thought I'd share a photo of our "puppies".  We don't know what we'd do without our "puppies" and I'm sure you can see why!  I'd love to see photos of other pet(s).

This is Sophie, Montana & Jacob.  We met Sophie & Montana at Free To Live which is a no-kill animal sanctuary near us.  I met Jacob outside my office.

Nice looking dogs. I want another someday too.  I had a golden lab retriever for years, and then I lost her........ and I haven't gotten another dog since. Dogs are awesome companions though. Someday I plan to get another of the same kind of dog- their real loyal, and family friendly.

MrOctober.......... what in the HECK are you raising? Cause that certainly doesn't look like any 4 legged creature I've ever seen.   :shock:

Matter of fact, I think that is the dog that won the Ugliest Dog Contest two years in a row. It's owner is a woman who loves that dog. I never did figure out the attraction myself.

mroctober, that is the most hideous thing I have ever laid eyes on...  It scared me, but I couldn't avert my eyes!  The little voice in my head kept saying "Look away!  Look away!!"  but I couldn't...

Good GAWD that was terrible  :shock: That "dog" can't possibly be comfortable... it's RAW!

When we decided we would get another dog (we lost our first two after they were 15 & 16 years old) we thought about a Golden Retriever.  We determined, at that time, that a Golden Retriever would get to lonely.  There is a Golden Retriever Rescue  locally and they informed us that Goldens are very much the pack dog and get lonely if left alone to long.  Since we both worked full time and hosted karaoke we didn't think we would be doing our new family member justice...

Our friends have a Golden and he is a very loving guy!

The first one is a civet, a common aboral tropical rainforest animal. I rescue it from a longhouse ( the boys were swinging it by the tail). The girl is my eldest ; all 3 pic are of her. She isnow in her first year in collage.
Milo, at the time this pic was taken have litter, 5 all given to people I personaly known to like dogs.
I have two other dogs.

The trouble is.. they KNOW they're cute, and they use it to get away with EVERYTHING lol.  Anyhow, the answer to your question is, Squeaky is a lovebird.. a peachface lovebird to be exact.  And believe it or not, she's about 15 years old or so.  She's the cutest little thing.  She loves to snuggle next to my ear and fall asleep. I miss her right now.  We had to leave her with my sister in law because after evacuating from the storm, and going through my surgery over there, there was no room for her in the car :(  .. But we get her back (if my husband's sister will GIVE her back lol) this weekend![/font]

My red haired retriever (lilly ) just passed away.........pictures are to painful at this time
