Post subject:  question to bounce of ya

I did a search for this and didn't find anything, so I apologize if this has been asked before...

is it possible to download a clip of someone singing karaoke as a ringtone for my phone?

or... for that matter..... ANY sound clip other than the ones my phone company provides for downloading...

cuz that would be saweet!!

Yes, my karaoke ringtones will be available soon via download....only $2.99 per download, but they are play-limited....You can only play them twice then you must renew your license for another $2.99.

Depends on the type of phone.  Most the new ones will let you use any MP3 song as a ring.  You'll have to check out your owners manual or talk with your custmer service to see how to get it uploaded to your phone.

Crystal, this is true.  A friend of mine has a new phone through Verizon (whatever the one is that they're currently advertising alot). It has a USB connection on it for connecting to a computer.  You can export an MP3 from your computer to your cell phone.

I didn't even think to read my manual. My hubby must be rubbin' off on me! lol!

btw.. my phone does have a usb port on it......
