I just had a member contact me regarding their inability to access SS or the forums.

I checked the database and it shows that they are active and there isn't a reason that I can see for there to be a problem?!

This made me wonder if they are the only one?

Has anyone else or do you know of someone that is experiencing this problem?

Please let me know.

I am scratching my head on this.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem?
