Add another non-Verizon customer who's having probs to the list.  I'm on Insight at home and I can access here (better tonight but still probs) but we're on our own server at work and I've not been able to access there at all.

I understand Admin are working on the problems but it's rather frustrating to say the least

Oh yeah, today's the first day I've been able to get to the forums since the probs started the other day.  Now my screens here are jumping from topic to topic without even touching my keyboard--go figger  :shock:

Cindy, your theory makes sense to me but do you have any idea why this server update problem is occurring at this time?  Has this kind of problem affected KS in the past?  I don't recall anything like this happening around here before, but I've only been on KS for about 2 years.

I understand there are a number of Road Runner users too that are down for the count.  I've done a tracert and found I'm timing out on an AOL server myself.  Of course Road Runner sees that too and tells me there's nothing they can do.  When I called AOL they mentioned I had a $75 credit and would be glad to start me up again so I could talk to tech support, otherwise.... GOOD LUCK!  The AOL server that's dropping me is IP addy 66.185.142.115.  I even changed my IP addy hoping that would help but I came out with the same results.  I'm a very impatient man.

BTW, Foxe... I didn't know brains came with your beauty too.  I love that in a woman.
