how come if a nick is banned, that that nick can re-register and be present? I am not saying it is the same person, but surely there is a fault in the system when a banned nick can be re-issued???? |

probably banning ISPs, rather than nicknames! |

Case sensitive plays a factor. In the example of a recent member that actually uses the same name as a previously banned member, uses a capital letter in the first & 2nd emphasis of their moniker. |
