Just FYI, the KS site did not change with the Nov. 4 change to Standard Time. All of the time stamps are an hour ahead.

The site actually did but it may be a setting within your User Control Panel.
Go to 'User Control Panel'
Click 'Board Preferences'
Then change the settings for these two fields. My timezone: Summer Time/DST is in effect:
