Phil- I understand from your other posts that you are a busy guy and we all appreciate the work that you do here. I, like others before me have updated memberships and received notice that payment has been made. We expected that the advertised upgrades will occur "within 24 hours" as stated. Given that my upgrade was submitted over the weekend, I expected that this might take a little longer. The botttom line is this - it is always better to underpromise and overdeliver than the reverse. If you are not able to meet the 24 hour upgrade it would be better to let people know that. Some with slow connections may waste hours trying to upload a song only to find their membership has not been upgraded to allow alonger files. Keep up the good work and please consider changing the advertised time. Thanks John |
