I can tell the difference as well...the Elvis IS identical to our SC (sorry SC but you are not our goto for Elvis)the other(Beatles) appears to be DK from my side by sides.....run it tru a graphic eq and they even show up the same on the graph except the REAL TV versions has more FUZZ than the real SC and DK's. The guy selling this is a MAJOR crook and needs to be taken down even if he is outside the US.

I couldn't compare the Beatles version yesterday as I could not get the demo to load. It worked today.
"Help" - which IS the SC version, down to the opening screen which is identical to the original SC track except the missing SC logo, swipes and everything else are the same!

So much for TRADE DRESS! Even a devout Sound Choice Cheerleader couldn't tell the difference between a DK track and a SC track. LOL

It finally loaded up for me. I did a split screen Don’t Be Cruel by Elvis theirs & mine on my lcd screen tv. Identical? It’s exactly the same as my orig. Played them together in real time to compare, without a doubt, definitely was ripped or copied from SC track. Instrumentation, background vocals, et al. The only difference was the graphics/fonts resolution not as sharp or defined as it should be like the orig which has more smooth edges. And of course, no SC logos at the beginning & end.

Help by the Beatles which is one of my fav Beatles’ songs so I know it like the back of my hand when it comes to appearance. I concluded right away it was SC. Again, title font exactly the same.

Time to get Interpol involved, Mr. H. I read in Wiki that its work focuses primarily on all kinds, including computer & intellectual property crimes. :)

Which one was horrid? .... but the Elvis song is identical to the 8154 Spotlight musically.

Which would pretty much qualify.....
