Again????

I wonder if it has been hacked liked the last time?

I have had my core domain name for almost 16 years now. Not once has it ever been hacked or suspended. In fact, I used to own about 50 domain names and none of them have ever been hacked or suspended.

I don't think the domain name itself has been suspended. It looks like a suspension from the provider. eboundhost.com

I suspect this is an expense that wouldn't be worth paying since he isn't practicing law.

Correct. If the actual domain was suspended it would be listed here: http://www.icann.org/en/resources/compliance/notices

This is simply what happens when you don't pay your hosting bill.

I wonder if the hosting bill was not paid because of his unemployment or just a loss of interest in his crusade against SC.

The Tara King suit in Vegas is still pending so it is not like there is no longer a Sound Choice Las Vegas Lawsuit.

I doubt he lost interest entirely. But I would certainly expect his interests and spending priorities to change. Mine certainly would, unless I still had an equal amount of income flowing. I'd say its a safe bet he did not have that sort of contingency. Not many do.

Another option I find mush less likely is that he was pressed to take it down and did not want to spend the money to protect it. The reason I doubt this option is Mr. Harrington has stated that the information there made it easier for their cases.

I am way guessing here on all accounts. Anyone, including (especially) Mr. Harrington who wishes to add to or correct my comments would be welcome to. I do not want to speak on other's behalf.

You are probably right, this is probably a hosting bill vs a domain name suspension. The domain is still active until March of this year.

That said, I have never had a hoster suspend me either. Of course I host my own sites with the exception of two so I would never suspend myself. But the other two have never been suspended by the hosters either.
