No more than say someone continuously ripping apart a company for things that occur in every day business such as lawsuits against them (there ain't too many major and not so major corporations that have not been sued in their lifetime) or launching lawsuits where mistakes were made.

You can't be referring to me. I "rip" them for going after anyone that media shifts ( people that stole nothing and have cost SC nothing) rather than concentrating on track thieves ( people that stole their music, costing SC income)- hence targeting paying customers instead of actual pirates (people who steal).

Of course, I also "rip" kjs who give SC a payoff without it ever been proven that SC is entitled to a thin dime...

Yes, I do agree with that. Sometimes there is a personality conflict with the judge, or a reporter or columnist gets the wrong idea.
