You mentioned that you don't have to be worried. Do you have knowledge of SC doing this stuff outside the U.S.?

I don't believe they are but it wouldn't matter to us if they were. I'd welcome them here. Joe, has SC or CB contacted you or served you with any legal papers? In your shows is it obvious you are using OMD?

Sometimes old school is the best way. I can't picture myself ripping over 2,000 discs to computers (I have better things to do with my time). Heck I hate typing in new arrivals, sorting, checking for duplicates, etc on the computer.

No papers for me. I have had both CB and SC folks at my show, including a...um.... VIP of SC. They KNOW that I'm ODB based, though they wouldn't admit it in the ODB letter they sent me.

I work in front of my equipment and tables- no facade. My discs are in open binders on the table for all to see. This has nothing to do with the mfrs. garbage, I have simply always set up this way. So in answer to your question, yes, it's obvious.

Also, I would add that I am disc based out of personal choice, not because of anything else.
