Small loophole that I don't care for Where I you, I would insist on taking that little tidbit out. California is a much more Liberal state than NC. You have a better chance, if there is some sort of mistake against you. *shrug* I don't know about that.. copywrite is big in cali... but it's almost a moot point, since the chances they would ever have reason to come after me is so slim. I'm not even close to a big city where they might have a better chance of accidentally including me with someone else. Like I said.. it's a small thing I don't care for... but that doesn't mean I'm gonna get all freaked out by it. Earthling.. I've thought about that also The papers are sitting on my bosses desk.. I haven't even read them, so I don't know if it's there or not. I figured it's his business, let him read the fine print! Supposedly he's already signed them... I'm supposed to make the call to SC. Just not been in the mood for it.. dunno why.

WRONG!!!Whenever you make a change/modification to any terms stated within a contract, you MUST put your initials by it. Then you can sign the bottom of the contract. Now, if the other party involved in said contract is not agreeable to the modified term/s, then he/she/they do not sign it.

Lisah wrote: Oh geez...another argument comin' No argument coming here. I just sometimes get tired of the constant little jabs that have absolutely no useful information to add to the discussion. If somebody has a disagreement with something offered here refute it like a grown-up with some facts. Just like Cueball did!

And none of those links had anything to do with gas stations. The first dealt with an android phone and the cause hasn't been established, It would appear, to me the glass (plastic) screen expanded due to overheating of the phone and popped. The second doesn't state a cause. It's possible the phone was a knock-off but as in the first case no cause had been established. Third, check this link. http://www.snopes.com/autos/hazards/gasvapor.asp

Wow.
Proof that cell phones can and occasionally do explode, but to you, since it has never happened at a gas pump the danger is none? And it's just paranoia?
There are a lot of things people protect themselves against, if it never happens -- that's the goal. Ask any police officer.

Well guys you were talking about your rights, this contract would have you sign away your 6th Amendment Rights.
...the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed,...
Hum...I don't think so. How can you even put that in a contract?

I don't like it in the contract. But with all due respect.. speedy trial applies to criminal cases... I believe their lawsuits are civil?
