GEM User Purely By Choice- How Many?

Post subject:  GEM User Purely By Choice- How Many?
I don't know how to do polls, so I just want to ask one simple question. This thread is not for bashing or advertising or for debate, but merely to get as close to an accurate number as possible.

My curiosity has been aroused through a discussion on another thread- that's all.

I would like to know how many folks on this forum are GEM users that have never had any legal ( or other) problems with SC. No letters, no suits, no "settlements", no questions at all in regard to SC's "1:1" wishes. Just folks that use them due to personal preference ONLY.

PLEASE!!!!: Just answer with a yes if you meet the criteria above. Again, no debates, bashing, endorsements, or reasons :roll: - just an answer. Thank you in advance for your cooperation :D

I have never seen an occasion when folks just followed the "directions" in a thread request...trust you do not have your hopes up...

Why would anybody buy the gem series unless they had to.The foundation is still available for legit K.J.s not under the (gun)

And what I was asking was who uses the GEM series that has never had a difficulty with SC, not who was a pirate.

Haven't bought it yet, but YES I WILL buy the GEM when I get my 2nd system ready - no pressure to, or legal obligation to. I could go with the Foundations, but the GEM is a better deal IMO.
