Post subject:  Several Individual Lawsuits Filed By SC In Illinois
Since it has been past 30 days, I am comfortable to report on individual lawsuits filed in Illinois for Trademark Infringement by Slep-Tone.

It looks like SC learned from the APS/Boris fiasco that the individual filings are the way to go. Also it appears that their purse has filled a bit from settlements to afford the individual filing fees.

The hits just keep on coming! :lol:
