I am forced to conclude that no one that frequents the forum went to this "event", since there has been no reports, pro or con......or is there radio silence out there?!?!? |

A few years ago I attended the DJ show in Vegas.. The organizers were so down on Karaoke, it was difficult to have a simple conversion.. I didn't return.. Yore mileage may vary.. |

I did not attend the DJ Show this year. When I went earlier this year, I found zero value from a karaoke perspective. If you DJ, do weddings and other private events that have nothing to do with Karaoke, then I think it is worth it. But if you are strictly a karaoke show operator, I suggest saving your money. I too am a little perplexed that there has been absolutely nothing said about the meeting in Vegas. This leads me to believe there was nothing new said. -Chris |

Very strange indeed since the president of the d.j. association (Dr.Drax) was MC at the piracy get together earlier this spring with all the manus. And has started a division for K.J.s |

 On the Free Forum Rumbolt went to the Las Vegas convention and was supposed to fill in the members on what happened, I haven't seen any news yet. I know it was decided not to stream the event like the summit earlier, for whatever reasons. You would think such events could help promote products and policies of the various manufacturers. It was instead decided to keep what happened in Vegas in Vegas.

I was not impressed.. |

| It gets it's name because you are able to discuss freely your particular position. That is as long as it meshes with the majority on the forum, so the name is rather misleading.

It's name is actually Karaoke USA, or something like that. |
