What is the actual infringement? I tried to read through and find but must've missed it. I don't comprehend these things much. |

It's basically legislation creating a small claims court (arbitration) for copyright claims in which the plaintiff is willing to accept the limits for damages at $30,000. It is meant to free up the federal courts from their backlog and allow those who seek more reasonable damages for small time infringement a quicker resolution. |
