I was on the KC last year as a Beta tester, and hated the format. I can't open any of the windows larger to scroll or anything. I'm using the latest Fire Fox and still, I hate their format/window setup. Since PHM has gone to the RYOK setup I'm looking for a current hits provider. I might go back. But from what I recall the digitrax songs are the same as Chart Buster. I picked up 2 songs on my Free Beta test trial and they were the same format and swipes of Chartbuster.

Maybe they should change the logo to a dark storm cloud in a gray sky? All of the Universal content has suddenly disappeared from the service. So if you are like my friend who printed up songbooks based on his subscription, you are out of luck. He estimates that a little over 20% of his catalog is gone! So.... It appears as though Universal demanded that their content be pulled due to some sort of violation of their licensing agreement and now Digitrax is suing them... Good luck with that! I'm sure this is just the beginning...

this is EXACTLY why i prefer to buy my content and why I wouldn't have signed up for the cloud service even if I was hosting. Now i just need to find the post from someone related to digitrax that said it was unlikely that it would happen, or something to that effect.

Digitrax will just end up changing their name again, if they lose in court.... but if you steal from a thief, does that you make you a freedom fighter or a pirate? Another example of the big guys breaking the rules and figuring a way out if and when they get caught. They don't steal. They just make errors in interpretation.

Anyone have the funds to pull up the complaint? I would, but my tips have been a little sluggish this week

As for what's happening, a new thread on karaoke discussion may be the answer. Licensing difficulties...? So they still aren't providing proper itemized receipts?
