I got the first roll out from January to test but never seen anything since. But my computer was pretty shot at that time and let him know I couldn't get it working properly. So I guess I was considered a non-beta candidate. Haven't received anything since.

My understanding is that there were two different products being tested.

The Roll Your Own using Beethoven which I know Lonman and I had access to.

Then there was a separate beta was for the Summer 2014 release. That is the one we haven't heard anything else about.

I do not believe they are gone. I believe they are just having server issues, or revamping the site. I did email Tom at Stellar to let him know the site was offline.

If their email is on the same server ie name@pophitsmonthly.com, then chances are they wouldn't get it. I know when my main website is down, I don't get any email sent through them until the issues are resolved.

It seems they are using a mail scanning/forwarding service so I can't say for sure if their actual mail server is up or not. But mail.stellarrecords.com and mx.stellarrecords.com both respond.

I don't believe we will be seeing anymore from Stellar Records.
In may of 2012 Warner/Chappell filed a copyright infringement suit against Stellar.
On April 16, 2014 they filed an amended complaint adding charges of copyright infringement over the "Roll Your Own" product including charges of contributory infringement.

On May 12, 2014 they held a telephone conference and an order was issued to delay proceedings to allow time for the company and it's owner to file bankruptcy.
It's a sad outcome.
Stellar is a company with a level headed owner who fought for reasonable licensing practices. Unfortunately it is an expensive and perpetual fight that has yielded few positive results.
