I Just talk to one of the owners of ALL STAR and they infomed me that they are not planing to go anywhere...and that New songs will be out in about two week .
They also ask me to post a thank you to all the KJs out there for their support...so goodnews!!!!!!!!

They still haven't responded to my e-mails (one sent on the 21st, and one sent yesterday).

It's been up and working all a long. I bought more credits via Walmart.com and all was good.

Just waiting on new music, nothing since April 21st. I have almost 200 prepaid credits. At this rate they'll never get used.

It may take a while for All Star to come back. Their keyboardist who made most of the tracks is gone along with most of their employees. Don't expect new music until those positions are filled or they purchase tracks from alternate existing sources instead of creating it in-house.

As long as they don't turn to midi for the solution.
There are enough instrumental tracks of good quality out there that could be negotiated for newer songs floating around. It would probably be more cost effective for them to go that route for now than to hire and produce their own tracks.

Almost seems like they are stopping production as well, I keep getting the 'get them while they last ' emails from Karaoke Warehouse. Now whether that means they are just overstocked & selling them cheaply to liquidate or they don't expect they will ever get anymore shipment.
I know they had the legal dispute, but also heard rumor that production would resume in July (not holding breath though).
Someone said their download site is no longer up, but their custom site is still operational. Still nothing new since April.

I think they combined both sites to one. I've bin to both and only one is active, but will do both down loads and disks but not at the same time.

I was able to download let it go today so downloads are up.

Their download site must've been down to remove the no fly content. Check out the difference in available songs from their last 'new release' dates from April! Until the laws change, people who rely solely on downloads are going to be missing out
