I've got this one coming in next week, no one has requested it to date yet, although i'm sure they will soon, this would be one of those rare songs i'm buying without an actual request. Every other Gaga song has been done - to overdone. Bad Romance & Poker Face being the most overdone. 'Speechless' hasn't been done very often although the person that requested it does sing it every time she comes in. Not your typical Gaga dance type song.

When our "Born This Way" arrives, we will bring my boyfriend's luggage pod off his car in so people can hatch out of it. But we will expect them to sit in it for 3 hours ahead of time to get into character.

The TC Helicon "Synth" unit I have does several effects like Megaphone, Telephone, Robot, Pitch Change as well as Hard-Tune, plus combinations of all. It's great. I use it on "I'm On A Boat" and Black Eyed Peas' "I Got A Feeling" and "Love Lockdown" by Kanye West.

We have the Antares. We got to play with both an Antares and a Helicon and the Helicon has more voice options (you can make a woman sound like a man, etc) but the Antares does the "Cher effect" and has a "Telephone" voice we use on Smooth so if it is that cheap, you will probably have fun with it. Has a bit of a learning curve and you have to know the key that each song is in but once the boyfriend got it down, it has been pretty smooth and as the 70's Guy mentioned, the young kids love it.

Speaking of which, hey 70s Guy, what new songs do you like to use it on? We have about ODed on "Dynamite" and "Fireflies."

"Jar Of Hearts" has hit my show like an epidemic. At least a half dozen women have picked it up, and it routinely gets sung two or three times a night. I space it out as best I can.

Quik HItz0330 Do you ever think to Google what you're looking for? It's amazing what you can find if you look a little bit.
