These are both on Karaoke-Version.

I've been keeping a list for years. Posting the whole thing would be overkill, but here are some of my most requested karaoke pipe-dreams:
Mickey Avalon - My Dick
Easy-E - Boyz-N-The-Hood
Ohio Players - Funky Worm
Ren & Stimpy - Happy Happy Joy Joy
XTC - Dear God
Eminem - Marshall Mathers
Miguel - Sure Thing
T.I. & Drake - Poppin Bottles
Rush - Roll The Bones
Lonely Island & Natalie Portman - Natalie Rap
Five Finger Death Punch - Far From Home
311 - Beautiful Disaster
Cult - Edie (Ciao Baby)
Weird Al Yankovic - Grapefruit Diet
Weezer & Lil Wayne - Can't Stop Partying
2 Live Crew - Hoochie Mama
Slick Rick - Children's Story
Snoop Doggy Dogg - Ain't No Fun (If The Homies Can't Have None)
Rick Ross & Drake - Aston Martin Music
Chris Brown - Look At Me Now
Vesta Williams - Congratulations
Katy Perry & Kanye West - E.T. (single remix)
Sublime - Garden Grove

....yeah, this list goes on and on.
At this point I'm telling my singers to go to karaoke-version and request them vote on their songs.

They seem to me the only producer who is really paying attention to what people are asking for.

Your vote for "Push It" by Static X would be appreciated. Thanks!

I hate it when karaoke track producers improperly credit who a track is in the style of. I don't ever trust the artist listed on any standards or showtunes CDG anymore.
Plenty more howlers like that. Do a search on a karaoke download site of your choice for Johnny Nash and listen to how SBI/Sunfly think "I can see clearly now" goes. Jesus.

Actually, that's on DK: DKG-21.

It's also on DK Applause #3089
Chartbuster #40432
Nikkodo -not worth mentioning, which is probably the one LD was referring to.

I can't find this karaoke track anywhere. I did find one MIDI file which was...ahem...not very good. Can anyone point me towards a karaoke file for this beautiful song.

Karaoke Version has the mp3 instrumental version listed as being voted on for production. I voted for it for you and you may want to wander over and vote for it yourself.

SBI did a decent Something In Your Mouth.
Check SBI for the Maiden songs too. I have 2 Minutes To Midnight, Can I Play With Madness, Evil That Men Do, Number Of The Beast. There is a DVD of all Maiden out somewhere, but can't seem to find the link anymore. Be Quick Or Be Dead, Different World are also available through SBI. http://sbikaraoke.com/site/search/results/iron%20maiden
SBI has St. Anger.
Best version of Rock Me (and only that I know of is Sound Choice).

I was really looking forward to one of the new PHN1204 releases but was very disappointed when I finally got the song. The song is called "Maybe Next Year" by Corey Smith. I guess I was anticipating that they would use the same version as the one I found on Youtube but they must have used some radio edited version instead. It is missing complete verses from what I was used to listening to. Now, I'm gonna have to try and figure out how to use audacity to mix and match some parts of the song to make it complete. Dammit!

They've got quite better throughout the last few years. Still have a stinker here & there, but their music is now supplied by SBI.

Well, was hoping for a good version, however KV has used SGB tracks in the past and if it did come out, would probably use the same. Maybe the custom tracks would be ok so I could re-mix, eq, and add some dynamics.
